Welcome to Horspath Church of England Primary School’s website. We hope you enjoy looking around.

At Horspath, we recognise that individuals are both unique and precious.  We believe that school should be enjoyable and inspire learning, and that happy children are more likely to be successful. It is such a pleasure to see so many of our children skip into school each morning! 

During their time at Horspath, we aim to nurture our pupils’ talents, broaden their interests and perspectives, and develop their personal qualities so that they leave the school with the knowledge, skills, understanding and confidence required to thrive in their next steps on life's journey. We aspire that they will let their lights shine at every stage of that journey, enabling them to contribute positively to society and our beautiful planet whatever their age.

The Church of England’s vision for education is deeply Christian with Jesus’ promise of ‘life in all its fullness’ at its heart and it is also inclusive of other faiths and none, aspiring for the common good of the whole community.
